I have a lot of friends.
Well, most people in the street seem to want to love me.
But I was absolutely delighted to meet the vampire puppy from upstairs.
I have heard her so many times when she barks and I know she is my neighbour so I wanted to say hello.
Oh. Those of you who read Misery’s silly blogs will know we have vampires who live above us.
They sleep during the day, wake up at night, chatter away and then arrange their coffins first thing in the morning to fall back to sleep. Or something like that. According to Misery.
Master and I were walking out of our flat and – there was vampire puppy and smiley vampire person (who Master and Misery like, it has to be said, she is such a friendly vampire).
Misery dashed in for her camera and managed to take a few decent pix.
Don’t you all love to have a beautiful vampire doberman pup as your neighbour? She is quite adorable.
* Note to Skye * no pup is quite as adorable as you.
I think the PippaPaw needed to come down but sadly Master told me no.

She clearly adores you, Pippa!!!
Woofs,
Tommy
I do seem to have a way with female dogs π Apparently she is not so friendly with other dogs so I think it must be because we live in the same block.
Aaww Pippa, I love your expression in those photos, especially the ‘hey look at these teeth’ pic.
And just look at your lovely smile in the last one π
The puppy looks gorgeous, but not a nice as you x
Oh thank you Vicky π Puppies are cute especially girl puppies but they need to know who is boss.
Pippa, you’re back! Your human is an even worse typist than mine. I hope you’re okay other than not getting enough sleep.
Hello Sweetest Pea. I appear to be back but who can say how long for? Hopefully I will get round a few fave pals but don’t hold your breath! before I am dragged away from the keyboard again. She’s rubbish isn’t she? My person I mean not your typist.
It’s always nice (& interesting) to meet neighbours. Once you get to know her better, maybe you Tia can come up with a plan to change the vampire mum’s ways, as they must disturb Tia as well. You do look smitten with Tia’s mum π
Vampire mum has actually improved to be honest. And at least she cleans her flat because we hear her doing it at 3am! I do like her though and she is so nice and friendly.
Hmm, I have a sister like that who has sleep issues & who loves dogs… sleeping later in the day is good too π
Misery has sleep issues too. She would like to sleep as much as me. Because she gets up to open the sandwich/salad bar for Master (and today opened up the ironing shop) she needs to make sure she grabs an hour somewhere during the day or she is even more rubbish than normal later on. But cleaning at 3am? Not a chance. That is definitely sleepytime for us all.
That is one cool vampire puppy. Glad you finally got to meet.
Slobbers,
Mango
Hi there Mango
It’s funny we haven’t met more often considering she lives above me, but I guess we go out at different times.
Welcome back Pippa!
Thank you Fab Flo – now I just have a ton of catching up to do visiting other blogs!
Great photos! You two are adorable!
Bella and DiDi
Thank you so much. I so love to meet nice friendly dogs although puppies do seem to want to play a lot, but you are right, she is definitely adorable.
Hey there Pippa!!
We been checking in from time to time. Glad to see a nooo post. Woo look like wooo are hafing a lubly time meeting da vampire woman & da vampire pup. I wonder which one woo lub da most. π
Tail wags from down under
Ruger
Ruger!! Hello pal from very far down under.
Yes that’s a difficult question, and I don’t know the answer. Perhaps I love them both as much?
Hope to get over to visit you (well your blog) soon.
Hello Pippa, nice to see you back. Tia’s teeth look awesome, better make good friends with her, you don’t want to get on the wrong side of knashers like that. I’d imagine the neighbourhood pussycats won’t welcome this new arrival very much.
Blu
hello blu, I was only back briefly but hopefully I will be sticking around for a while now π
Tia is lovely although we haven’t met for a while. Silly old cats. Who cares about them?
Oh, Pippa – that dog’s such a flirt: smiling and playing coy… perhaps she has caught glimpses of you and has been trying to arrange a meeting?
(Oh, the German sends a nose bump from windows far away)
isn’t she just – but maybe I am too?
bumping back to the German
Woo woo from the German ( she’ll send a shot of her showgirl legs pretty soon. She doesn’t care if it’s a big rain storm: her person is back and there’s a full bag of dog food.)
Molly dashed by with a tail wag…off to more adventures…she has sprinklers to dig up and moths to gobble.
I missed this. Not surprisingly. Will be over to visit Molly hopefully before 2013 and a big tail wag to the German.
Molly (we we are now calling a Gersherpmute cause she’s looking more like German-Malamute mix) is not looking forward to 2-4 days of big rains…and her doggy play friends are MIA right now…so desperate she played nicely with a tiny pocket pooch during our misty walk this morning. Pippa rest up for the new year – bound to be lots adventures waiting!
I don’t think she sounds very mute though! I am hiding under my table or in Master’s tool room because there are those horrid bangy things already starting.
Luckily we had a big storm at the right time – a few were set off all at once, but some fizzled…hope they go else where to finish them off. Have a nice snooze, Pippa!
Pippa, she may be cute, but I think you are quite the handsome one.
Almost as handsome as my friend, Kheira ( her family is from Alaska).
Just lying here in New England, soaking up the sun.
Mandu
Oh Mandu, must catch up on your life. So sorry I have been forcibly taken from my blog – but here I am π
Awww, sweet Pippa we can tell sweet Tia. She sure is a cutie. You sure do look handsome and all those pictures are sweet. We have been missing you. Hugs and nose kisses
I know, bad Misery has been keeping up with you but wouldn’t let me near the pawboard.
Hugs and snoses back.
WordPress won’t let me like your post because I don’t have an account. Poo.
I’m half Doberman — maybe Tia is a relative. Maybe I’m half vampire!
Glad to see that you’re looking well.
Hi Ralph
I think the only reason I was let back into my account was so that Misery could sneak a peak at your blog.
Don’t worry about the likes, I am going to switch off all that silly stuff anyway.
Vampires are ok so long as they go to sleep early and don’t disturb our beauty sleeps.
Hi Pippas. I would be verys careful with Tia. Tia is cutes but vamps are always nice and friendlys until… We have to be carefuls with all the vampires bunnies here. Everys time pops sees one he shouts ” Runs away! Runs away!” We do lots of runnings. πΆπ
No really, I think I can handle her. One gentle
slappat of the kind Pippapaw and she will be docile. I think. Runs cools Suzies.Hi Pippa!! Not many humans or doggies get to meet vampire family! Lucky, you! π :)Tia is very cute and friendly.
Momo & Pinot xo
They don’t really seem like vampires in daylight so they can’t be, but at night when they have vampire parties and move their coffins around …..
HIya Pippa,
Nice to meet ya. Great pics. You look familiar…like Scaramouche without the mask π
Hello marculyseas (and maybe Rainy too?) thanks for the visit.
I hope I don’t need a mask – or are you suggesting the eyes have it?
The eyes Pippadog,..the eyes are the windows to the soul:) And I yes I speak for Rainy, too. Hope one day we all meet up…
Total fluke that Misery got a decent photo of me π We do both like it though. However, she got the full force of my glare for stealing my sofa this past week.
Pippadog, trust me on this…never never let anyone steal your sofa…before long they will be eating the food from your bowl! You gotta draw the line.
She did eat my dog treat once. It was organic and smelled of vanilla and was fruitflavoured. Maybe blueberry. She said it was delicious. Of course they were, and they were all MINE.
How fun! What a cute vampire puppy! You are a good neighborly pal and she looks quite smitten you! We just met a new Husky in our neighborhood…it’s always fun! Thanks for sharing your meet with such great pics!
Huskies are good, vampire puppies are good, only pups who aren’t so good are ones who bark at me for no reason when I want to be friends. Thanks for the visit.
My J has been trying to find Misery’s blog to have a read, but I will content myself with reading yrs dearest Pipparoonie
.we have been off line so long due to thunder storms blowing up our modem, hence my silence in the barking department. We now have new laptop…..and not a mac…….but a samgsung. However, my J now
has an iPad……so she has finally entered the 21st century, I personally want an iPaw. Much better. Many licks, yr pal, Marvinxx
Also no modem anymore, wifi!
wifi or woofi?
Ah, an iPaw, what a brill idea. You must demand one. Or maybe an iBark? (I don’t know what one of those is though). But there should be one.
Hi Pippa, just wanted to come by and say wooooooooof! Hope all is well.
Hiiiiiii
How nice of you to visit again, will come by yours now I am allowed out to play π
